The Technologie

For make production of papier-mache ( the French word beet paper ) used cardboard.
The leafs of cardboard was cut with help knife on stripes definite thickness and width.

The bobbin have preparation and situated in double press under weight twenty ton for gluing.
Have gluing bobbins take off mokettes and special dry cases. After drying papier-mache became dark brown color and stronger wooden.
The papier-mache cut out for the storages for the future boxes will working the details, gave it a perfectly view.
Have prepared products was cleaning , polishing , and grounding. For this operations need a few hours.
Have grounded products was polishing and after lacquering. After last, cleaner the miniatures covered two layers a black lacquer
to upside and three layers red lacquer to inside. Have cleaned lid box and pass artist.
The oil lacquer miniature have prepared in three art s layers. Before as began panting the artist preparing to box, have covered it to ground
